This spacious two storey house has three bedrooms, bathroom, office space, living room, dining room, open plan kitchen, walk-in pantry, storeroom and two car garage on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms, more living space, bathrooms and study space are on the first floor. The northern side of this 500m2 house has a pool and an outdoor dining and sitting area. 

 

The client’s brief requested the design of a modern 5 bedroomed house that can function as an Airbnb. The design utilises a simple array of colours and materials. The main material used in the design is locally sourced and affordable farm bricks with a matte white paint finish or a charcoal grey chromadek finish.
